The dojo is located in the center of the spacious open concept building:

Please drop by a class at any time there is a session (see below for days and times). We are more than happy to have new students join in. You won't know if you enjoy it, unless you give it a try.
- Weekday Dates & Times: Every Wednesday Night, 7:00pm
- Weekend Dates & Times: Saturdays, 1:00pm
- Class Length: Classes run 1.5 to 2 hours
Each lesson begins with a warm-up, stretching and the syllabus of the day. Mind the lessons taught by the Sensei (instructor) and you will enjoy a safe and rewarding class.
